I agree entirely with comments of other traveller, Mr. R Tayal.
This is a classic example of how railways can make an excellent train experience come down to just ONE STAR rating.
Gradually the train is loosing its charm for being a luxurious train with affordable price and excellent service and cleanliness. Now I can CONFIDENTLY say, it is a super fast train with abject dirtiness, absolute lack of cleanliness and stone faced and ill behaved staff. Even the TTEs have not remained the same who used to understand the importance of greeting a passenger or having a smiling and helping attitude as mostly this train has tourists.
For whatever, reasons the railways thought it good to remove an earlier vendor (presumably Food World) and replace them with Meals on Wheels the quality of breakfast, snacks and dinner is deteriorating by the day.
One can find rodents and rats playing around freely many a times.
Should be a case study for railways on how to improve and restore the glory back of this train.
