Zomato so unprofessional customer support

I have got the cake which was totally spoilt so I asked for the replacement since it was ordered for the party . So I got the reply for your team that it will take 24-48 to get resolved so in that case I had to order one more cake because the resolution time was too long and I couldn’t wait till then . After that I got the cake money in my zomato wallet in next few days . And now when I was trying to use that money for one big order I saw that the wallet money is not there and it got cut . Now my question is when it got added in my account I didn get any notification for the validity and 2nd point it’s my money which wasted because of the mistake from zomato side and the trouble I faced at the celebration time where I had to order another cake which was extra cost for me. It was not any promotional credit which I got. And on the top of it without any notification or msg it got cut from my wallet . I do use Zomato very frequently but I did not expect that the support is not helpful for the customer. And now they are saying they can not help me in this case . more

I also faced a problem with Zomato, there is no escalation process, no contact number, no email address to register a problem,only chat is available.Chat agents wont listen to you because they have already got the money for the order.I wonder how a service company is allowed/given license to offer a service without such basic requirements.Relevant Ministry in the government should look into this. more  
Well, there are choices in the market. Boycott the one who does not suit you. As for the Company, take it to the highest level possible, or sue them in the consumer court. Please remember that the customer has more choice than before, because of the liberalisation; Do you want it undone? Then it will be back to square one, and you wont have so many choices. Think about it. By the way I think a nearby cake shop would I believe, near your residence. You could have had it picked up or delivered. more

This is really unprofessionalism to Zomato and it has been the trend with many ecommerce sites, which is not expected. You take up the matter once again by issuing a letter by Regd. Post, and if no response is received within a reasonable period of 15 days, you can file a Consumer case in the Dist. Forum. more  
Can you please tell me how to do that ?? How to file complaint? more  
Ms.Beenu Sharma,please do not loose patience.Zomatowill have to compensate for their mischief and cheating.You have to get guidance on this from the National Help Line for the Consumers @ l600 11 4000 and start the procedure.Mean while,please lodge a GD( COMPLAIN) with the Local Police about such cheating activities of this food suppliers, ZOMATO.
