Zomato lootere

So zomato lists price of icecream. Then at checkout it adds 18% GST and 30 rupees delivery charge. If one then goes to the icecream parlour they find out that the price on Zomato minus 10 bucks is the actual price inclusive of GST.

Is tarah se mislead karke chori karna band karo. Investors ka pappu kat sakte ho consumers ka nahi.

Everyone check swiggy too for this malpractice. 💩 💩 more

It appears on line ordering through either zomato or others, one can select a shopes menu its tariff before ordering. It also appears, the select menu and rates through zomato or others are inclusive of delivery commission , GST and other levies. Who so ever ordering in line are very well versed with every loop holes and if some one fleased, then, it may be due to ignorance or carelessness. more
Home delivery has its cost correct but here it's loot because the prices of the products are higher on Zomato than the actual price in the restaurant etc. plus you pay delivery & GST over and above that. Blatant loot. There has to be some limit to it. more
NOT SUPPORTING THIS LOOT BUT AGAR GHAR BAITHE SAB KUCHH CHAHIYE TO KIMAT TO CHUKANI PADEGI. ALL THIS ONLINE PLATFORMS ARE JUST MAKING US HABITUAL BY OFFERING DISCOUNT AT FIRST TO KILL COMPETITION AND THAN START INCREASING THE PRICE. NOTHING IS FREE OR CHEAP IN THIS WORLD. WHATEVER DISCOUNT THEY ARE OFFERING US RIGHT NOW WILL EVENTUALLY BE EXTRACTED FROM US ONLY more
If you want to save a few bucks, its better to go to the ice cream parlour in person instead of making it an issue. One should not expect services without cost. more
Home delivery has it costs. That's because of the hidden charges. That's not a malpractice. If Zomato lists the price as X, it'll give X - 10 to the hotel. Some hotels bear this absorb this loss and list the same price on Zomato and on the menu. Others transfer this loss to the customer. The charge X + 10 on Zomato and X on the menu. The number of hotels absorbing the loos is gradually decreasing. Regarding the GST, delivery, packaging etc are aditional services provided. So yes, there will be additional GST. more
