He helped me loose about 15-20 kgs. Ofcourse, besides Yoga there are a lot of things that have to be done as a combination. Hi Priyanka, Vijay Sood is absolutely right, I teach yoga to women, and on its own, yoga would not do much in terms of weight loss, however it would increase your flexibility and strength.
