For Mr Lalit Gambhir : kindly dont pick and choose words to react. Why cant one be open to other ideas as well. Who said that Baba Ramdev is a marketing persona, and even he is what is wrong in marketing of good ideas. He deserves all praise and kudos for bring Yoga in everybody's life , all free. I follow all what he does but also study on yr own and evaluate on what is suitable/required for me. I request you to see some light in the discussion that it is impossible for him to communicate with each disciple and as such all what he does on TV may or may not suit everybody. more

We all agree that Swami Ramdev has brought yoga to center stage. The large awareness of Yoga today is mainly due to him.
To learn and practice yoga one can follow Baba Ramdev or any other yoga practitioner at his convenience. After all it will only add to the popularity of Yoga if there are many practitioners and teachers. more
Swami Ramdev is not a marketing persona pushing his wares or displaying to capture audience...his offerings are only inspiring...e.g., what was difficult for me a few years back is now just a breeze for me.
Even if he has inspired a few out of millions watching him he has done his job for millennia to come. Anyone matching or coming close to his calibre, I would like to hear about him.
We as a nation must learn to appreciate the silver lining shining in dark and dank abyss that we as a civilisation are at this point of time. Any undue cynicism could only work to our further peril.
This is my humble submission.....my regards remain :) more
