Wrong Product delivered

When I was using instagram, I got an advertisement from top-gadgets.in which was showing that there is sale on combo offer. Combo contains "Noise wireless earphone and a Smartwatch". I went through there website. It was looking genuine. They were also offering cash on delivery. So I thought to order it because I also need these products. So I ordered quickly. Then after some days Ekart logistic company delivered the product. I asked him to let me open first but then he told that I will not take back if anything will be wrong. So I paid first to delivery boy then I opened in front of his eyes. Both the products were not that one which I have ordered. They delivered two local cheap analog watches. No earphone and no smart watch. There is no contact number mentioned on there website. An email id is given. So I mailed him 2 times but there is not reply. Now I need my money back. more
