This facility called WRITE_TO_PRIME_MINISTER should be withdrawn because it is only a post office to forward the grievances. No benefit to the aggrieved citizens. more
My experience is that there is no monthly review meeting are held. I am staying in a UT where we don't have assembly, we are managed by central govt. but when we send any complaint to PMO, they send it to out UT administrator and they close the case. If we make RTI they inform that the complaint was forwarded to your Administrator against that complaint was. Now what action can be expected from him? PMO is nothing but glorified post officer. more
PMO has lot of other sensitive responsibilities towards PM. The important issues are sorted and given priority. One can't interfere his activities. When PM himself remains busy and works for more than fifteen hours a day what will the situation of the PMO? more
Either the people writing to PMO are all useless, in which case, this facility of directly writing to PMO should be withdrawn. Or, the people writing to PMO have really suffered a lot, and are looking at PM as the last resort for getting help in the matter. Therefore, the PMO should be transformed first, and instead of acting only as a Post Office, it must actn positively. There are senior officials in the PMO, and there should be some accountability for each. Acting as a Postman cannot be that accountability, if so, that should first be transformed. Someone needs to keep a track, till the solution is found for each such application. more
The cases are forwarded with remarks for necessary action & is monitored by the concerned ministry till disposal by the department.A meeting is held every month by the department to check how many cases are disposed & how many are pending with whom ? Necessary action is taken by the deptt. upon the officers for non -response & their CR s are affected .Numerous cases of mine are solved by this mechanism. Thanks to the system. more
