Worst e-commerce is croma.com

I had booked the product as a gift to my friend on 23rd Nov 2019. The product was supposed to be delivered on 30th Nov 2019 as on 1st Dec 2019 was her marriage. As croma.com is not a very popular e-commerce site I had requested Croma on 23rd Nov to deliver the product on time and make the gift wrap properly and they had ensured the same. From 23-28th Nov I had called them several times to ensure on-time delivery as there was no update of delivery booking details in my account of their website. But they had sent me duplicate invoice on 26th Nov and ensured on-time delivery. But on 29th Nov she got a call from Croma saying that due to technical issues they will not be able to deliver the product on 30th Nov instead they will deliver it by 2-3 days. On 1st Dec I couldn't give her the gift at her marriage, this was a big embarrassment and for me. Now the harassment of Croma gone into another level, on 2nd Dec she got a call from Croma saying that the product is out of stock, which is false because in the website we can constantly see the availability of the product. From 1st Dec to 5th Dec I'm talking to the customer executives over the phone, email, twitter direct-message several times every single day asking them to either deliver the product or refund my money. Each time they are saying that we have noted down your complaint and we will get back to you by the end of that day. But they have never called me back, they never dispatched the item, they are not refunding my money. It is very much mental harassment for me and also it is very much embarrassment for me to not being able to give any marriage gift to my friend yet! I've tried all means to contact them but they are constantly ignoring my efforts and wasting my huge amount of time. more

One cannot expect his callousness from Tata Group known for its quality and ethics more  
croma has backing of Tata .a trusted name. I can not believe this business ethics.tata should take immediate action against the erring staff by dismissing them. more  
i think people need to think twice before going to place orders on line for items .One can face similar issues with all online platforms. more  
Since you got the gift delivered at your friend's address but late. Always remember that such thick skinned ecom people usually play fool with customer as they know well that customer cannot reach them physically. Only option with customer is to inform them that he/she is going to file complaint in Consumer Court or at Consumer Redressal Forum. more
