World Health Day

Some tips for healthy living:
1. Eat small frequent meals.
2. Drink at leat 10-12 glass of water/any form of liquid( butter milk, nimbupani, coconut water, kanji etc)
3. Use non-stick utensils for cooking as it reduces oil consumption.
4. Cut down your sugar and salt intake.
5. Exercise regularly for 45 minutes.
6. Do feast yourself once in a week but that should not be overeating. more  

its the teflon coating. apparently it mixes in the food causing damage. this is more prominent in the older utensils where the coating starts eroding more  
Its not like that, i haven't heard about it. If oil is used less then nothing can be better than this. more  
Thanks Richi for the useful tips. Recently heard that cooking in nonstick is actually not good,maybe harmful. Haven't researched myself though. more
