We do not intend to address individual consumer grievances via this platform (brands may choose to join and address them) but understand consumer challenges from a collective stand point and bring structural/policy changes in to improve how brands/service providers deliver products/service to the Indian Consumer.

The point is that we make decision to purchase something on the basis of perceived image of Brand, which they themselves are not sure about delivering more
to 'Minister Consumer
Affairs' it will serve useful purpose. more
This is only one class of offenders.
Most consumer goods manufacturers do not extend the guarantee all the components e.g. plastic components of the equipments as in white goods, mobiles and many such other equipments.
I totally agree that a common platform is required for this. more
