The White Paper summarises succinctly and in an excellent manner the challenges faced in India by women and children. Let us hope that the safety of women and children becomes a meaningful reality very soon. more  
Integration is needed across State women commission and NCW and the members should get periodic training's from various bodies like NHRC, SHRC & Judicial organization to transform more empowerment. * District & Block level committee should be formed * Panchayat committee to be reformed under chairmanship of District collector or Zila panchayat CEO. * Women complaints open window in each and every police stations and establishment of women police station in district level is must. * tribal and remote area should receive special privileges and awareness program. * fourth pillar of our democracy( Media print & Digital) should focus the awareness program like tele films, news paper column, etc more
