If you are eligible for pension apply for pension benefits and fill form 10 D. If You are not eligible for pension then apply in form 10 C for withdrawal of the Capital contribution . It is not optional to get either contribution back or get pension benefit. more
These days writing to PMO gets officials to wake up and get to work on the grievances. If you are not entitled to the pension, then they must clearly articulate the reasons behind it. more
if you have put in less then 10 years of service but have crossed 60 years then you cannot get pension and neither can you withdraw the amount. If the amount is large go to consumer court. more
If a PF member puts more than 10 years of service, he is not eligible to withdraw the pension fund but is eligible for regular pension. Accordingly, you have to submit form 10D to PFO for claiming your regula pension more
