PUBLIC OPINION IS THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT DOING ENOUGH OR SOFT ON LARGE MONEY DEFAULTERS TO NATIONALIZED BANKS. EX.VIJAY MALYA more

1. Though the Governments know in many issues , since the such Properties on which Loans were advanced are only those allotted by the Governments only . Citizen were so set by the Political Democracy in India . 2. Though Many Private Financial Institutions do play many ill-full tricks swindling the Funds and Small Savings of the Public, the same Governments are so adopting silence . 3. The comments of the Hyderabad High Court on the Agri Gold Company issue , the system adopted by the governments , and the practice set by the Investigation Police and, the Law & Order police also prove that it is necessary that the union Government has to take serious steps to safeguard public Funds and Finances and National Income & Wealth through the requisite Law Making . But , the Citizen of India are so set at the Highest temperament of the political Democracy that we have been observing since last 3 decades that carried against to the public & National interest . The prime issue is that the Indian Judiciary is also required to be reset for carry of the Justified Justice . more
All successive govt in this country were being funded by the industrialist/capitalist looting the nationalised banks .Hence no tough stands taken by any political parties ad this will render them penniless individually & collectively.People of this country are paying the prices of SIN committed by someone. It is good that people of this country are very tolerant .But time has come for present govt to do some action on the ground to save the public sector banks.which is feeding the govt with large corporate taxes & dividends year after year besides deducting TDS in hundred of crores from the bank employees & filling govt coffers. more
Not only legal punishment, but also disenfranchisement of those financial defaulters is needed.amendment of constitution is needed more
I agree with you Mr. Mattupalli Srinivasa Rao. While small loans are also proving to be a headache, large defaulters should be taken to task first. You have given the right example of UB. On the one hand they are not returning public money, they are spending with open hands on flashy events. more
