Robert is the Possessor , owner cultivating 3 acres grass 2 acres Cattle Farm and 1 acre of these six acres a Bore ,a Well and a Shed Constructed having purchased on Full Payment against an Agreement and a G. P. A., both still to be Registered. This is the Constantly Continued Record and Enjoyment Situations for the last Fifteen years. Ram is enjoying at times grants under Revenue ; Rahim is enjoying Loan Funds and Sri Robert is enjoying the Physical proceeds of these six acres itself. The constitutional and Human Crime of concentration of Wealth & Money at institutions and individuals has been purposefully patronized by the Political Leaders owning the Governmental Power since the year 1985 . 2. The Downfall in Equality started from the year 1990 from which time , ill-Business activities in Industries , Business Houses including N G Os planted besides set off of policing Norms and Duties, Law & Order set aside supporting only such Corrupted . 3. Even the Land and Landed Properties have been concentrated among only the Political Supporters and Private Settlement Stalwarts in-spite of Agricultural and Urban Land Sealing Acts shown as persistent in the eyes of the innocent people striving for the law of justice and for them . Concentrating Land and landed properties is an another Constitutional and Human Crime and still , none cared . 4. All the Lands that were allotted to Private AND Corporate Sectors by various Governments to == Special Industrial Parks == S E Z == Export Parks == Contractors those Extents of lands that are still vacant and un-subscribed shall be Seized and Called back . Some Selfish Governments purposefully registered those such lands to the S. E. Z. etc., contractors fixing a nominal Price. But , Still , as such Sale Registrations are only for the SPECIFIC PUBLIC INTEREST , for industrial and business promotion ; the necessary RECTIFICATION DEEDS OR CANCELLATION DEEDS SHALL BE PREFERRED AND SUCH VACANT , IDLE , UN-SUBSCRIBED LANDS SHALL BE TAKEN-OVER BY THE RESPECTIVE GOVERNMENTS for arresting the Crime allowed. 5. All such Seized lands shall be used for the present industrial and Business promotion . The present governments shall work for the people and the country only in this appropriate direction even with the help of the Supreme Court which is the Care-taker of Indian Sovereign and Indian Citizen [ i ] To take possession of those lands held beyond the land Sealing Limits ; [ ii ] To take possession of those such lands still under Tribunal or Court cases ; APPLYING THE LAWS AT-LEAST AT AT THE YEAR 2004 - 2005 [ iii ] To take back the idle/vacant/un-subscribed lands allotted by the governments for INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PROMOTION Either in the name of S E Z or in the name of Industrial Park ; Export Park ; Studios ; etc., 6. The Wealthy individuals of the Society shall be convinced to invest on Industries and Business giving the same such promises and guarantees [ including control of Trade-unionism for which only the Indian entrepreneurs diversified their Production investments ] at Global interest . 7. If the actions for issues = 5 and 6 = strictly implemented , India will definitely achieve the programmed Industrialization and business improvement in support of the Poor People to build Economic India. more
