Will scamsters be brought to justice ? Will this negligence impact Foreign Investment ? Must dicsuss.

So many scamsters in India have ongoing cases whereby sometimes penalty, sometimes imprisonment, sometimes extension of court date is given by judiciary. Satyam's Raju, Sahara's Roy, and likewise so many examples.

Will these big influential people be ever brought to justice ? How much money has been lost of the Foreign Investors in India, courtesy never-ending scams ?

India's history of scams has affected investments in a huge way. Every foreign investor (FDI + FII) looks for a controlling stake in India. Indian government hardly offers controlling stake in any sectors for foreign investors. And these foreign investment norms change so often in India that it is hard for any investor to trust Indian business model.

In your opinion, what should the government do to offer controlling stake to foreign investment without hurting the domestic market ? Is this possible and if so, then in which sectors/industry ? more

In my openion, the Businessing and Production in India Seminor participants of NRI and Foreign Investors are waiting for the Call by India about the readyness of the necessary and requisite Infra-structure . And, the Country is still working on collective Co-operation for the requisite Industrial and Business infrastructure to be offered and provided . The Active and Sincere working of the Government in implementing Corruption free Business in India through various Suggestive Collections from the People of these Circles is also in the knowledge and notice of NRI and Foreign investors. As is also opined by Sri R. P. Guptaji , the process is in Footsteps ahead and in a successive root for early achievement while launching a separate Post in this week. Let us hope the good days ahead amidst our collective Support. more
1. THERE WILL NOT BE A COLLECTIVE OR COORDINATED WORK BY POLICE AND LAWYERS . 2. COURTS GO ON ADJOURNING THE CASES UN-TILL IT IS PROVED . COURTS ARE NOT RECOGNIZING THE WRITTEN AND AUTHENTICALLY FILED DOCUMENTS TO CONCLUDE THE CASES IN THE ISSUES OF PROLONGED. COURTS HAVE HABITUATED TO CERTAIN PROCEDURAL & FORMALITIES IN DEALING WITH THE CASES . THEY RECOGNIZE THE SUITE FILED WITH ALL WRITTEN AND AUTHENTICATED AND SWORN IN PAPERS ;; BUT NOT CONCLUDING ON THE VALUE OF THE FACTS FILED IN WRITING WITH DUE AUTHENTICATION & DECLARATIONS FOR SPEEDY VERDICTS . 3. THIS PROCESS NATURALLY RELAY UPON THE EACH AND EVERY OF ORAL , WRITTEN AND OF ALL WHICH ARE BEING MIS-USED BY THE BOTH PARTIES FOR DELAYING THE CASES WITH THE HELP OF ADVOCATES AND POLICE . HOW CAN JUSTICE COME IN TIME . THERE ARE CASES WAITED TILL DEATH . AND THERE ARE CASES WITH-DRAWN OR DISMISSED AFTER DEATH . THIS SHALL BE THE FATE OF THOSE AWAITING ONLY JUSTICE THROUGH ONLY COURT OF LAW IN OUR DEMOCRACY . EVERY THING IS KNOWN TO EVERY-BODY AND EVERY BODY OF OUR CONSTITUTION AND EXCEPT YOU AND ME LIKE INTERESTED CITIZEN ON DEMOCRACY STILL STRIVING FOR THE GOOD . more
In India we have no dearth of Scams. Right from the early congress regime we have seen large no., of scams and mismanagement, involving millions of rupees. Subsequently large number of political scams have started to appear. Generally the root cause for these scams are Mafias who are king pins of such things and the political bosses are behind the screen. Hence in most of the cases (except few cases) neither the mafias nor political binamis are caught and punished. These mafias exist in multi crore natural wealth scams like, Granite, metals and minerals cutting and exporting, sandal wood cutting and exporting, coal mine digging, sand theft from rivers, etc. Where ever money plays in crores and crores, corporates and Political backed mafias play a major role. The country's natural resources/wealth is found to be in the hands of mafias and they try to rule the nation, decide the policies so far. Let us hope that this trend will not be continued hereafter. more
Should such scamsters be given separate preference in judiciary process ? Even special courts dealing with such matters take a lot of time, and in the end lack of witnesses and evidence result in the culprit coming out with minor or no punishment. If the judiciary is bound (legally) to pass a verdict in a short timeframe for such special cases then there are chances that justice might prevail over corruption. Food for thought. more
