It's a foolish step started by somebody without any brain. How can you serve over 2 crore people by just one telephone number. As per the data given by Anshu Saxena only 1% people could reach which means 99% failure giving full page ads and fooling people of Delhi is nothing more than a gimmick. There was no haste if Mr. Kejriwal was not prepared. I think so far it is much simpler to stand in the Que because you know by the end of the day you will reach somewhere but by ringing this number you can only get the line if you are lucky like Mr. Kejriwal. Having launched this scheme steps should be take yesterday to add at least 100 jumping lines. Regards, J.Nath more
Good effort by Delhi GOVT. Should be more effective in coming days. more
Good Efforts Anshu & I agree with your suggestion that more helplines must be there to attend the public calls more
Very impressive, how the member Anshu Saxena has gotten hold of the first day's phone-call statistics ! The authorities must react to her suggestion of opening more lines for contacting them.....Needless to say that just ONE phone line cannot and will not be able to serve the community that is addressed...... more
No doubt a good effort. But no adequate preparations as number of calls attended were only 1286 out of 21000 shows. more
