WHY WEARING IS MASK MANDATORY ? PENALTY FOR THOSE WHO DON'T WEAR :

It is not only important to protect a healthy persn from infection ,but also the Crrier form trnsmitting the Virus in Oublic .

The pictures in the 2nd and 3rd Row shows how important it is to prevent a Carrier from Transmitting it .

Some states have levy a fine of Rs. 500/ for not wearing . more

Forget about social behaviour or attitude.Indians especially the so called intellectuals,or highly educated, people in high places do not have the courtesy to others. "Me,Me,and Mine' only is the mental make up of every Indian(yours faithfully included) citizen.No fine or penalty will improve them.Covid has come to set things right. I am sure some of these uncouth nincompoops will change.If they don't,castrate them so that they do not produce such filth in this country. more  
Unfortunately these ncps also escape the Pandemics ; i dont want to say God will punish them .Havent seen any being punished so far in my life . more  
Not only mask, all rules like social distancing, not visiting crowded places like market places, mall, cinema, washing of hands etc should be strictly followed for own safety even though lock down has been lifted in some places. more
