Why state not amending RERA

In may, the government proposed to bring all under-construction and partially developed projects without an occupancy certificate after May 1, 2016, under the ambit of the real estate regulatory authority. Under Akhilesh Govt they had not included this for reasons we all know.

Why has the may promise by Yogi Govt not been implemented and notified. Has the UP Govt changed its mind or is it just a procedural delay on part of the bureaucrats?

State not implementing RERA why? Probably state is benefited by not implementing or implementing half heatedly more

The Chief Minister of UP will have to undertake vigorous efforts to get everything implemented soon as the bureaucrats in this State are deeply involved in political games and would not permit the policies of new government implemented easily. If they are not screwed up, RERA will also loose its sheen soon. more

UP stands for ulta pradesh. This state is backward because everything moves at a snails pace. So will it be for RERA. The papers had said two or three days back about this but no cognizance has been taken. God knows when. At present the builders are trying to somehow delay the implementation. more
