Why ecommerce sites are not acting on profiteering
Sellers on ecommerce sites are not uploading revised MRPs. If the seller has a ton of stock, they need to get the revised MRP price list or stickers from manufacturer and upload the same information online (displaying revised MRP).
I request Anti Profiteering Authority or Dept of Legal Metrology to issue guideline on the same at the earliest.
Otherwise we will just keep reporting and it will take 9 months for you NAA to issue a penalty order and consumers will suffer all this while. Like NAA to become proactive instead of reactive. more

Actually in their website it should be mentioned clearly like taking an oath that they are complying with the norms prescribed by the govt. more

Yes they should be strictly told to print the revised fine otherwise fine them ten times the profit they make more

The stocks were cleared with higher GST prevalent at that time. Will the Government reimburse the Industry to revise the price to suit new GST. It is necessary to plan and imlement any Tax reform. more
