Whether Indian Judicial systems is giving justice to the needy?

As per the recent Judgement of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Selvi Jeyalalitha & the judgement of the well known actor Mr.Salmankhan indicates that the Justice from the Indian Judicial systems only belongs to the rich and needy people never have their justice.
1. Whether the needy people can get their judgement as to Mr.Salmankhan & Selvi Jeyalaitha in India?
2. The announcement of Punishment to Mr.salmankhan belated about 13 years!!!, But, the interim bail for the actor Mr.Salmankhan was just within 2 hours, Then immediately the punishment has been postponed withing 2 days. but at the same time, for interim bail, there are 2.54 laksh prisoners are waiting for long time. Whether the needy people can get their bail as the actor Mr.Salmankhan?

Now tell me whether we can living in the democratic country? Whether our judicial system is fair or not? It is up to you. more

ALL THE IMPORTANT BODIES OF OUR HOLY CONSTITUTION WERE SO DEVELOPED SINCE 1948 . PAKISTHAN MILITARY APPROPRIATELY REALIZED THEIR NEED TO THEIR COUNTRY BUT , INDIA , DUE TO HOLY AND SANATHANA ORIENTED , MAY BE WAITING TILL ELASTICITY PERMITS . more
Indian Judiciary is not giving justice.Ask any citizen how much Judicial staff take bribe for executing work of citizens. You cant get even a stamp paper on prescribe rates ? Laywers never issue receipt to client.Notary charge more then approve rates. Copies of judgment order available only after paying extra money. more
Indian Judicial System was created when less crimes were happened. Now, I think it has to tune more to avoid much crimes. Crimes are happening according to the present life style. It has to update regularly by Indian Judicial members to avoid more crimes. Latest trend in our society is being encouraged to support crimes and corruptions, which I can see from my surroundings. ' It takes some decades to create, but can destroy within few minutes ' ' It is very hard to create, but easier to destroy ' I seen near by schools like Don Bosco , Auxilium schools having board, with modified AIDS sysmbol with the cut below two corner of folded ribbon. Saying ' Sensurul sangam ' ( Redribbon group ) with moto ' Stay awake , Prevent it before happen '. What they try to say to public and students. Let us try to create rather than destroying others. Mahatma Gandhiji's ' 1000 culprits can be punished but one innocent should not punish ' words need to think. Local circles website can think of doing updation in our Indian Judicial system.
