Mr Yogendra Garg is right . Customers must demand proper invoice for anything that they buy if GST is claimed by traders. Small traders with less than Rs 20 lakhs turnover need not come under GST , but they can not charge GST on the goods they sell. more
As per my information it is not mandatory for seller to provide Bill under GST Act and Rules to the end customer. Hence we are suggesting in Consumer Protection Act , refusal to provide Bill on request is an Unfair Trade Practice. more
