WHAT PEOPLE EXPECT & REQUEST THE NEW P.M MR. MODI.

Dear Mr. Rajendra P Gupta, Its nice you are trying to find problems with Indian System. No doubt it will be quite difficult to sort out these problems and I feel if PM or BJP start trying to sort them out one by one they will never be able to do much. But I feel they should act decisively and strongly in developing a system instead of pinpointing and finding the remedy for each problem. My views are if BJP wish to seriously promote honesty as it appears to us. They must take some drastic decisions. They may have to change the IPC too and I feel none of the opponent will object.
1. All the Tax Laws must be redefined with reduction and adjustments where they are required. Laws should be transparent and no nonsense no backdoors. There should not be any discretionary power with any official to levy Tax or reduce the Tax.
2. The GST must be implemented at the earliest, all state taxes must be abolished. There should not be any barrier on movements of Goods and service across the country. Most corrupt in India are the state Government Tax departments where its understood that order comes from Political head to collect money and sent to the Government.
3. Uniform tax on transfer of property must be levied in all over India and as various commission recommendations it should be reduced to 2-3% maximum.
4. The punishment to Government officials who ask for bribe must be minimum 20 years of Imprisonment and forfeiture of all their family assets. Its known fact that these officials never buy assets with bribe money in their own name. They do it in the names of some family member. The punishment for derailment of justice and unlawful torture by police officials must be life imprisonment and for killing someone who is under arrest must be death penalty. The punishment for molestation & rape by Police officials should also be Death Penalty and confiscation of all their assets.
5 Services time frame. There must be a time limit for each and every service request and the officials who fail to do so due to some flimsy reasons must be punished severely.
I am sure if government just do these things most of the immediate problems public facing today will become history. more
