WHAT IS THE COST OF GOOD CITIZENS ? ? ?

---ON HEALTHCARE of FAMILY INDUSTRY---

Many of us tend to comment about private or public or joint sector performance in regard to Healthcare Industry .. But , what first should come to one's mind , according to me , is the Family / Household / Home performance with respect to Healthcare at the outset .

Many Mothers / Fathers are knowing much in general on many things but less on their responsibility of Healthcare within the four walls of Home/House/ Family.

1. They do not know about Multivitamins / minerals / Tonics .

2. They do not know / desire to increase the height of Children .

3. They do not know / try to conduct bold medical inspections within Family

4. They do not conduct regular Family Meetings on Healthcare & Financial Stability with the youngsters going to be future adults of India.

5. They do not reveal in the groups of Families / Relatives their ancestral malfunctions / infections inherited on hereditary and conspiratorially pre-arranged contractual bases within the spectrum of financial and political future in order not to loosen and lose their grip on .

Such parenting should be disqualified at the earliest and the parents declared null and void for Family Administration . Family License , if any , should be therefore cancelled .

In India , basically there has been no Central Government Family Survey( CGFS) to come to know which Mother & Father have produced the highest number of children for the sake of the Nation . Such Mothers or Fathers or both have not been at all recognized or awarded with a national honour like Bharat Purusha or Bharat Nari till today in the history of Free India ever since victory of Independence gained from the hands of the then British Queen of England .

As an example , my own father & mother produced a total of 14 children during 1930 - 1962 , a span of 32 years of their marriage , but then without any central governmental grant of aid in any form whatsoever or reward or award of national honour like Bharat Ratna or Padmashree , or respectability of any standard , to say the fact and tell truth on record . This is unknown at national level because no family surveys in post-British India .

Family Superintendents posts are not created in the Independent India since 1947 till today to collect the Family-position Report , Family Budget and Family Contingency Plan directly from Families for consolidated planning at all-India level . Somehow , we have at all-India level , the Economic Surveys followed by the Central Budgets preceded by an altogether independent Railway Budgets for the Republic of India , symbolic of infrastructural and constructional progressions with Defence Allocations .

But then , why not one care for Family Industry and National Family Centric Budget (FINFCB) ?? From where good Citizens come ? Are good Citizens free of cost ? Are Families cheap ?

Introduction of new Family Centric Budget ( FCB ) in Parliament at the earliest will be popular for the Hon'ble PM Modi Cabinet .

The current scenario of the Indian Healthcare Industry is one of the global bests speaking from ministerial dimension .

People believe in the Government Hospitals because Governments are most popular always and government Doctors are resourceful and efficient .

Sudhakar's comments are valid. I had proposed ageing clinic and research in all tertiary centres to address this. So far none exist in premier centres or hospitals. The proposal is available with me. Another proposal to enhance coordination between doctors and scientists has also been written by me and is available for anyone who requests the same for indigenous products useful in health care resulting in affordable healthcare. This can result in care of elderly as well as reducing reliance on imported drugs and equipments. I don't have solution for one root problem: how to regulate doctors? Given that there is no formula to immunise regulators from doctors' malpractices as Judges, Policemen or law makers are all their patients and they know they will escape. The moment this immunity is gone, health care delivery will become the best. Editor in chief Annals of Neurosciences www.annalsofneurosciences.org more
It will be helpful to know that revised salaries of doctors in govt sector are comparable to those in private when normalised to money earned per hour of patient care delivered: consider paid holidays, allowances, int trips, ltc, LRA, conveyance allowance, educational allowance, pension, news paper allowance, lack of accountability and a battalion of paid JRs/SRs to work under them besides kickbacks from referrals etc. It is the gov. Hospitals where corruption is more rampant than private despite the fact that majority did not pay high capitation fees while Mbbs or MD. This is evidenced by low attrition rate at govt hospitals than private. Surgeons toil harder than medical disciplines and hence two different yardsticks should be adopted for both. more
