What is Social Fabric and What is Secularism

What is Social Fabric and What is Secularism is the Debate now a days coming up. SOCIAL FABRIC : [ i ] Issue of Social Fabric, Different Culture of several Classes in the Indian Society was honoured with Equality and Equal Opportunity that are specified in Article 14 ; 15 -1, 2, 3 and 4 ; 16 -2 and 4 ; 39 –b and c ; 41, and 46 AND NOWHERE ANY CASTE IS NAMED IN PREFERENCE.
Article 338 specifically provided for SC/ST of Scheduled Areas.
[ii ] Castes were intentionally named by the Political Leaders and it has been lead towards absolute injustice to the Citizens in general. Constitutional Makers knowingly did not name the Castes since it is against the objectives of Constitution and against the concept of above Mandates in terms of the very mandatory condition of Fraternity and Equality.
[iii] Dr. Ambedkar confined that : Castes are anti-national in one way as they create jealousy and antipathy and, anti-national on the other way since they create rivalry between Castes.
The concept of Fraternity and the quotations of Dr. Ambedkar had been thus mislead leaving the issue for ill-full and selfish Politicians and their backing Allies. THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEED TO ELIMINATE THE ISSUE OF CASTES FROM ALL THE GOVERNMENT BENEFIT SCHEMES in adherence of Article 15 (4) and 46 where no Caste is specified for any special considerations/provisions in order to arrest illful practices of Politicians.
SECULARISM: [ i ] Indian Constitution was wisely concluded by Dr. Ambedkar specifying Article 25, 26 to 30 whereby no Religious preference is given.
[ ii ] Indian Constitution was dressed with specific right to faith, belief, follow, and practice of any Religion to the individual irrespective of Religion.
[ iii ] While Hindu Religions that comprise about 7 in number never do not opt and conduct Religious Conversions, the Foreign Religions, Christianity and Islam as being practices in their Countries, started Religious Conversions irrespective of the CONDITION of individual’s right to belief, faith, follow and practice OFFERING EXTRAORDINARY ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL FACILITIES.
EVEN THEN, Indian Constitution yet did not provide any such provisions/ facilities or conditions AND THUS INDIA AND ITS CONSTITUTION including the whole Indians strictly following the concept of ‘Secularism’ leaving the issue of Religious follow to the individual as was originally adopted in 1951.
CONCLUSIVELY, It is necessary for the Indian National Law Commission to revisit the deliberate discussions held , Objectives and Concept adopted in the Constituent Assembly ON THESE 2 ISSUES OF ‘Social Fabric’ and ‘Secularist Norms’ in the light of Articles referred above. more

In this Elections time also Some are raising issues of Secularism and Religion while all parties preferring Various Castes and Community issues. ILL FULL ATTITUDE OF POLITICIANS INDULGING IN CASTES, COMMUNITIES EVEN NOW TO BE TAKEN UP BY EC AND SC AT NATIONAL INTEREST. more
This Team of Social Activist gathered a Doctor, a Lawyer, writer etc accusing AKSHAYA PATRA. more
None can eradicate/Erase Castes and or Religions AND IS WHY Dr. Ambedkar wisely mandated. Neglect of Reasonable Restrictions in Article-19 were purposefully set away from Clause 1 , a to g addressing separately under Clause 2 to 6 AND IS ONLY THE OBSTACLE OF Public Tranquility while the influenced opting anti Social/anti National motto SINCE ANY ONE INCLUDING GOVERNMENTS NEED TO Approach H.C., S.C. and is the pathetic situation in prevailing Public Tranquility. more
The issues and concept of Socialistic Form of Democracy were well recognized by Dr. Ambedkar and need to be safeguarded without any lenience and diversity. Secularism was also well dressed by Dr.Ambedkar through Articles 25, 26 and 30 AND SHALL NOT BE MISREPRESENTED selfishly at least to Save Fraternity in the Country. more
