What is Mr. kejriwal doing on pollution

While this is concerning everyone and govt and mcd must ensure landfills dont pollute like this.

My bigger question is what are we doing for nov dec mr. Kejriwal. Why no campaign is started by you Delhi CM along with Punjab CM to fix Delhi air. If u take action now then result will come in oct-dec.

Wake up call. Friends share your inputs more

Pollution being tamed through replacing burning by bio-composting apart, landfills may be utilised as in Delhi's Narela-Bawana one, with a waste-to-energy plant, that could have itself been financed treating over 2000 tonnes waste per day, generating cleanly 24 megawatts of energy. From emitting methane, 80 times potent at warming than carbon dioxide over 20 years, now producing energy, the change is transformative. How does Mumbai have more electric buses than Delhi! Rapidly urbanising India needs innovative solutions as above for tackling pollution. more
We are grateful to Vijaya for bringing up this issue now … well done … we should wake up and start building pressure to make the governments in Delhi and Punjab and authorities act in time … let’s ask for proof that they are already working on it … some accountability needs to be visible already otherwise it is always too late when the crop cutting etc season is already underway more
If we people make this as peoples movement it is not a big issue as one gentle man from vasant kunj said above just every body starts homeor community composting 60to70 % of your waste will not go to land fill Iam ready to compaign andgive on a simple composting. cotact TRNRao9873123751 more
Mr. Kejriwal is promoting composting so that organic materials such as farm stubble gets converted into manure instead of burning. Nothing to feel complacent about yet, but after becoming Punjab CM he will surely promote the same practice, with adequate incentives, like paying farmers for the stubble to be processed further, yielding compost, so let us have hope until this year end, when we witness have historically seen the burning stubble. Remember he inherited this, the Ghazipur landfill, that was started over 38 years back. Until his tenure, did anyone, including MCD, Delhi incharge since last 15 years, take up the matter with the seriousness required! Surely, citizens must also do their bit. more
He is also a good orator and that's the unique feature to mislead people. He also talks big with no action. Condition of Delhi roads and environment got highly detoriated in last couple of years. But he is not blamed at all. So why to bother on such issue. He wil blame Haryana and UP now. more
