What about Religion less & castless Citizens

Due to recent and past incidents, riots due to Religious differences & social quarrels between castes, if citizens want to leave Religion & Caste and want to be only Bhartiya , then do we have laws for them. Which Judicial treatment will be given to them? I could not see such category, because all masses are divided in particular caste and Religion as per records of Government.
Marriages are being held between peoples from different castes and Religions. Their Children are not having particular caste or Religions. If caste of Father is given to them, it means we are supporting again the male dominated system. If we want equality between Male & female, then children will not have any particular caste and Religion. I am confused and have a question in mind, what laws are being considered for these peoples. Is it necessary to state Religion and caste in Government forms. If anyone wants identity, is it necessary to categorize himself in any of the Religion and caste. May be there law and legal provision for such peoples. I may not know. Please update my knowledge. more

The incidents of 23rd March in HCU , and , JNU unions at the HRD Ministry which were spported by Central and State leaders of CPI , and the State Leaders of Congress & its alliance taking the issues to revolting on Vice Chancellor and the Police Officers etc., Constitutional authorities do prove the serious ill effects of Castecism and the the wisdom of Religious Conversion campaigns so opted for expansion . The issue of Religion and Castecism as identified then itself and specified as Serious by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar that these are anti-national since create jealousy and antipathy ; and also in another way also anti-national since builds up rivalry between Castes and other Castes IF DISCRIMINATION CARRIED , the reality is not far away as are evident in such incidents . EVEN NOW, IT IS A MUST TO HONOUR AND IMPLEMENT UNIFORM CIVIL CODE INEVITABLY at the public interest and , also the interest of the nation as a whole . In deed, it is the time for the Supreme Court to take up the issue of Uniform Civil Code at Su-moto calling for constitutional Bench like the Hyderabad HRC took the issue of HCU incident . more
Citizen has the right to follow religion and cast, however within their house, not not bring it on road or public places more
