weird experience with jabong.com

Hi,

I purchased a puma track pant from jabong.com the order was prepaid
the courier person gave it to someone else . In my account it is showing delivered . I called customer care and they said it is delivered a week before. i filled a complaint then they replied your phone is not reachable to us . Still there is no resolution and its 3 days now. really weird i thought jabong is turning as a brand now ,but it sucks. instead i said them to mail me the resolution if not able to call me but no reply yet on same. more

too much of every thing is bad.we the Indians have sheepish behaviour.if one person does a thing every body follows.this is what has happened to these we companies.They have started taking things very lightly.
i ordered an oil dispenser of one litre capacity and a 250 gm dispenser was delivered by shopcules. I selected quater plates yellow in color and a yellow low quality plastic plates .I have left going to these web companies.were delivered. more  
COMPLAIN BEFORE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY IN WRITING more  
......It is one's carelessness that led him/her fall in such pits............ more

Keep all the documentary proofs alongwith complaint and reminders ready to write your actual happening, if they are complete then go to google and write" Model Draft of application for application of refund o non delivery of item from online merchandise in District consumer court ". You will get a model draft, now put you facts there in and file the application with District consumer court of your area. Also open web site of District Consumer court and read how to file and follow the same.You do not need any lawyer for the same since documents speak in such cases and Consumer courts are consumer friendly, they help consumers. more
