Mr Babbar,
Instead of using medicines to loose weight, please follow the following steps:
1. Drink as much water 15-20 glass per day.
2. Morning and evening exercise, at least 45 minutes each.
3. Make use of maximum vegetables in your daily food intake.
4. Take lot of cucumber prior to your main meals.
5. Stop using potatoes, rice, sugar, soft drinks, junk foods, oily substances, non veg. etc.
You will definitely start loosing weight 5-10 kg per month.
This is has been tried by my daughter more  

Use to take bhakhri in place of chapati. Avoid butter and ghee. Either you take rice and dal only or you take vegetables and chapati only. Please don't mix all together. Use lemon juice with sugar-free tablets. Try to control the calory in day to day diets. Use to take less potatoes, sweet potatoes, Punjabi foods, Chinese food. It will increase acid level in body and will cause extra hungriness. Kindly depend upon easential requirements of food. You will be fit n fine. more
