Weight loss

I am 51 years old male with some medical issues. TSH 6.5. Preliminary diabeties, hypertension, Gilbert syndrome, partial tear of supraspacious tendon and recently recovered from fracture of lower fibula. My weight is 102 kgs. I want to reduce my weight to 75. I am of 6 feet height. Can any one suggest me methods and practices to achieve my dream weight of 75 kgs. I can follow any regimen of diet with minimal walking as leg is still hurting. more

dear I would suggest 1 important thing " DO NOT GET BEHIND ADDS" act on medical advice or filter all ideas U get on various site and through friends. Here are few suggestion: 1. eat 20% less than U R requirement. 2. even though U said minimal walk but define your self minimal you can. 3. during meals eat bulk of those things U do not like, 4. control water intake as ultimately it adds to weight. hope U will be better very soon. I have tried you can do and convey more  
Ravi, I lost 15 Kgs by following the High Fat Low Carbohydrates (HFLC) lifestyle. So reducing carbohydrates (sugars, fruit juices, bread/chappatis, noodles, pasta pizza) and starches (rice, potatoes) etc. and (b) eating a lot of fats (raw milk, cheese, ghee, butter and for non-veg - animal fats more
