Any suggestion for weight control diet according followings:
My height 5'6" and weight 67kg more

Compare your weight with your parents you will be a mirror image of their constitution. If they are slim personality then you have a chance to reduce by dieting and exercise. Read a book on Donot worry about weight by Ruchita Jiwedkar it will benefit you most by following. more  
AS SPOKEN ABOVE BY THE VIEWERS ,YOUR WEIGHT IS COMFORTABLE AND NEED NOT TO INCREASE .IF STILL YOU WANT TO GAIS WEIGHT TAKE 2 BANANAS DAILY BUT TO BRISKWALK FOR 20 MINUTES DAILY SO YOUR CALORIES BURN AND MAY MAINTAIN HEALTH. more  
Take Veggy Salad full plate before meals .... avoid Water intake 1hr before & 2 hr after meals... Eggs/Meat/Milk/High Protien diet can be avoided to control Weight... Take herbal support as substitute for them.. Do meditation, it controls Weight... Best is Rajyog Meditation !! more
