if we are looking for corruption free country demand for free education, one syllabus, one board, no reservation, similarly free medical to all. no more private or govt business. no reservation business too

People are adopted to money minded approach, in this situation when every thing is given for free then the burden of spending the huge amount is given in hands of the government. it is been told that many of the government schools are not functioning, then why government is recruiting too many teachers. Few teachers dedicate themselves to teach the student but few working in interior villages as they are not able to reach in time to these interior schools they go late, after that they need to go to every houses for bringing them to schools and the school will start around 11.30. Your point is right sir, if free education and medical facilities are given then robbery will be reduced but what they want is money for their food and shelter, need to create employment. Secondly if they start earning immediately they wanted their children to go to matriculation schools few wish for CBSE. If one board one syllabus is followed their might be some changes but the standard should be according to the age of the children. more

Educate consumers to: Demand original receipts for all transactions, even if the value is small. Too many small transactions also make up a substantial part of tax collection. Fine for defaulters should be very high, much higher like 6-10 times the amount on which tax is evaded. Make a foolproof system for services industries, especially doctors, pharmacists, hotels. more

Extremely sorry please . It is S.C. 1858 , AIR 1992 in which Apex Court established Directive Principles as Mandatory for the rule under the Constitution set . more

In these 3 days , 5 Crore worth of Forest Produce was Seized in A.P. Many those caught red handed , are Tamilnadu people during the last 6 months . They even revolted against Police with Stones and their hand weapons . Even now, the Governments States & States shall realize the ill effects of failure in the Free Education and Free Medicare those specified in article 45 ,46 , and 47 besides the 19 , 15 and 16 . Directive Principles are mandatory as verdicted by the Supreme Court in Sc 1958 that was set in AIR 1992 too effecting place in Preamble of the Constitution . more

Sri Kali Charan Hans has very correctly pointed the objective of the Constitution Makers who set the primary Education to Free provision referring purpose & need of article 15 [4] , 16 [4] , 19 , 21 ; and , the specific Directives under 45 and 46 set for the fundamental provision of Education . But , the Political Democracy that lead to selfish goals carried continued illiteracy challenging the very concept of any Citizen and any Country . more
