Equality persists in the carry of Equal individualism and that is the Law & Order care if Individual Rights to be persistent. Instead , a simple uniform law is Safe and Secure in any Country particularly in the present Era. more

Treatment with equality is already there in the constitution. Those who have religious freedom which does not conform cannot be forced because special interest, politics, coercion etc prevents any consensus. The need is to invoke change by different strategies that get support. For example the first focus must be to insure equal rights, equal status for women. The immediate guarantee is that more than 50% support is assured from society. if one assumes children and dependents support the female then you have 70% support at the start. This movement needs to be secured and accepted by society and community. Once this is achieved it is easier to move ahead. Logic alone does not work unless emotion and logic are invoked together. more

NEED OF UNIFORM LAW IMPLEMENTATION IS SPECIFIED IN THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION AND IT IS ALREADY A HIGH TIME SINCE MANY DISPUTABLE AND DISCRIMINATING ISSUES HAD BEEN ADOPTED IN MANY WAYS THAT NEEDS RECTIFICATION. more
