Besides the perfect carry of the articles 15 , 16 , 45 , 46 , & 47 , Decisions on public interest , issues of Economy growth through industrialization could at least be best enforced in the Presidential Form of Government . more
Mr Darshan Singh, you have a brilliant idea! But you may be a little naive about the US system. The President does not deal with vote bank politics, but his party members have to. If his party does not have a majority in both houses, there is little chance of laws being passed. US Presidents do pay back people who provide election funds. This happens with tax cuts, licenses, or not giving licences to those who may compete against donors, etc. And this permeates the entire Senate, as even Senators require election funds, and so do governors of the States, like our Chief ministers. more
Yes! why not Presidential Form of Govt(USA) with No Place for Vote Bank Politics, Reservation,Subsidies,Debt Writing-off etc..... more
The current election system has a drawback. One guy presses a button before any citizen vote in the machine. Few of the people who are not aware of the beep sound and lights on in-spite of so many advertisements, people make use of it and they are not pressing the button every time before a vote is given in the machine. So as to avoid this every booth as a selected number of voters whose finger prints can be fed in the system and when he/she presses the finger prints and it is present in the database then they can caste their vote. This will avoid few of the problems. This also may have some drawbacks as one as to check that the same adhar card number is not in other booth. more
If the right spirit of our constitution is carried with Presidential form of democracy , Since India is Wealthy the development at least to address the poverty will certainly be possible please. more
