when I travelled abroad I switch of my roaming and data servise at Mumbai airport.
then I get a sms informing me of charges for IR and special tie up with roaming partner for ten days.
I say yes.
I am updated abt my usage at intervals and I use 200 MB at the rate it works out to be rs 6000.
when JAN Bill is received I see my internet usage as 12300 approx.
I settle my bill and lodge complaint with provider for 6300 and 2400 as swach bharati tax being paid for IR services.
no reply since27 feb.
today 22 march they have barred my outgoing calls to force me to pay the balance charges under dispute.
today is the first time a nodal officier responds to my various emails.
How can one be assited when billed wrongly and MAY I HELP you is a farce a .mere brand building exercise. more

"MAY I HELP you is a farce" is totally farce, over and above you must have also realised that they have coolly taken you on ride and fetched the amount. Advisable, without wasting any further time lodge the Criminal Complaint of Cheating as well as Consumer forum. Also advise to all other who are also suffered in similar way. more

gents and ladies, as advised went all out on twitter and emails to appellate. slowly they are coming around. first offered waiver of 4000 and now they have offered 5936 as against 6300. Have asked them to resent the 6300 usage message which they don't have and thus lets hope this case will be resolved, Further,last week they barred my calls even though the appellate unbarred them,No coordination within enforcement and appellate is apparent. so have decided shall not pay rent for march and only pay usage charges of rs 300 more
