Vistara learn some customer service

A 12 year old school boy came to board with a ticket at Bangalore airport to go to his parents. Instead of taking him you demand he pay your 2499 unaccompanied minor fee and you won’t let him board till then. What happened to empathy. You literally forced a child to pay. Children carry a ticket not this much money nor a credit card. You could have easily waited to collect the amount at his pick up location. But your staff chose his harassment. more

This is truly unfortunate. Stupid incidences are common in aviation sector in recent times. Is the regulatory authority closing eyes not to intervene? The concerned could raise the issue while booking the ticket or could inform in advance instead of putting the small kid in trouble. Now a days people are truly getting ruthless for no reasons. more

Horrible by the staff. No training. And just because a minor is unattended at 12 years. We can ask some one to show he is accompanying him more

They have to buy electoral bonds, how will the money come. XD,XBI,XT n etc dont show any sympathy. more
