videocon;s faulty DTH service. Not responding to calls or messages

Yes you are right even I am facing a similar blackout difficulty, and I have been trying to establish contact on Videocon customer care but not able to connect with them, When yesterday after a great number of calls I was able to connect on my mobile the response was as the server is down I should call after one hour. I have already sent mail to videocon but yet the paid channels have gone blank. This is a serious matter and a complaint should be sent to TRAI on our behalf.
pls let me know how to go about it. more

Videocon D2H ये एक हरामी कंपनी है .. लोगो को परेशान करणा एनका काम है कंपनी के उपर काफी कर्जा है ..मै ३१.०१.२०१९ से कॉल कर राहा हू लेकिन कोई जवाब नही मिलता बिना मतलब वाले चॅनल अपने आप दिख राहे है और जो चाहिये ओ नही दिखा रहे है .. मैने जो कंपनी के तरफसे मिलनेवाला पॅक ऍक्टिव्ह किया है ..ओ अभि तक ऍक्टिव्ह नही हुआ है ..लेकिन उस्का पैसे डेली कट हो रहा है ..उनका फोन नही लगता ओर फोन लग गया तो उनके लोग बात ठीक से नही करते .ओर फोन कट कर देते है .. more  
Did you get lucky getting support from Videocon. I tried email, tweet, phone no response. more  
Now a days all govt rules are implemented against consumer and having glitches/problems.
also forced on consumer. Govt and companies are always on busy on profit making no fines or penalty. Penality only for end user or customer.

Only summons from high court and supreme court are heared by govt and pvt comps. It takes year to come.

VideoconD2H is harrassing the public. I sent two plans on 13.01.2018 to them Customer ID 146693156. They did not reply. Reminders sent alongwith copies to TRAI on mail ap@trai.gov.in, cp@tral.gov.in, daca@trai.gov.in and to Sh.G.S.Panwar. No action. Then number of tweets sent to Chairman Trai and also lodged griveance in the comments of TRAI website. It appears that service provider either have connections with TRAI or TRAI is incapable of taking action intentionally or unintentionally. more  
Please file a case in the Dist. Consumer Court. However, the solution will come, if like Mobile number portability, there can be provision of DTH portability. People will prefer, who gives better service. more
