VIDEOCON is a dying company and they can hardly serve the people, any more. more
The company is in doldrum, why to buy a product from such company, when it is in bad health since last 2-3 years. Now it's really difficult to get a replacement of it. You may also make an attempt to get refund otherwise. You may also get in touch with the authorised dealers from whom you purchased the goods. However, if it is purchased online, it's a tough exercise. sharing from experience. more
videocon closed down long back. you should have checked on the net before buying their products. you yourself are to blame more
