Videocon d2h simply cheating customers

Hello All,
I would like to bring to your notice which i noticed about Videocon d2h.

Following which i noticed.
1. Videocon d2h simply cheating customers

2. I have been tryging to reach videocon d2h customer care on given numbers, it's IVR says always busy or it give 2 options for existing customers select option 8, for NEW option 9, when we selected 8 it says always busy or not connecting where as when selected option 9 immediately connecting.

3. Previous we were using package Rs 167/- now without my notice they changed it to 236/- which is very high.

4. Also i tried to connect to the videocon d2h website to customize package, the site itself not working at all.
We reacharged but not able to view any channels. NOT GETTING ANY KIND OF SUPPORT FROM THEM.


Can any one suggest how to get their call data how many they are attending, how they are assisting/assisted after TRAI ruled out new. With all those better we can put file a case in CONSUMER COURT. more

yes, videocon d2h service is pathetic, worst of all... their IVR doesn't work after 5:30 pm .. and no customer care on sundays... support is worst more

Yes, it is a fact and the TRAI regulation is solely responsible. more  
Mute question is... Is the misgovernance of present ruling party government is cause and responsible for this mess? more
