URBAN CLAP- no contact number in case of problem

We hired Urban clap for AC servicing. After few days the internal unit started leaking. This can happen with any split AC since after cleaning drain pipes are not cleaned and residues can block them after some time. Urban Clap doesn't provide a contact number so only way is to report on app and wait for the response.
The issue is if we should hire services from any service provider who cannot be contacted in case of issue?
Or there it should be mandatory for them to provide contact number after every service? more

Initially with what phone number you have contacted the services of URBAN CLAP? contact to that number only !!! more
As per my experience they provide good and efficient service. more
I had very poor experience of availing such service of unauthorised service providers. I advise, it's always good to take service of the manufacturers, it may be slightly costly but do the right work and takes responsibility. more
These sort of agencies like Urban Clap just have some technicians and does not ownup any responsibility. Their advertisements are attractive, but in fine prints they disown responsibilities and put it on individuals. They do not keep phone numbers to reduce their cost. It is always better to call up the company and ask for service. You willpay more, but they will also take responsibility. more
They don't even have email id on their web site. Their technician had committed a blunder while trying to repair my AC. After I gave feed back, I expected them to contact me - if not to apologise - at least to understand. They have not done that. Irresponsible company that should not be trusted. more
