UP’s jobs crisis
Is very very real. Unless Yogi Adityanath has a plan, we are on for some difficult days ahead.
Many of our young generation is used rather addicted to smartphones with nothing constructive to do.

Today in our Country many organisation already exist which are able to reduce the large margin of unemployment. But really the cause is no defined channel for candidate selection criteria. In cities lot of employers not giving minimum salary as per governent rules due to unavailability of monitoring authorities. If government establish a system of integration of all unemployed people in single portal and manage recruitment through proper monitoring of strict legislation for salary and position suitable with candidate each one. Then only registered employers or firm will give full scale opportunity with relvent pakege and job position. This may affect lifestyle of Labour and less educated candidate too for better future. more

govt is doing well but not looking towards to for enemployeed peoples who is hard to survive, i lost job 3 year back but till date not getting any job, i have given interviews but all interviews are already setted before or reffered peoples appointed by employeers.. I feel most people do not even understand what is "JOBS". The normal feeling is that Government jobs are JOBS. Work capability and competency depends on a persons training and not on degrees and education. What people are looking for is a "SOURCE of LIVELIHOOD". more

It is a my suggestion that all MLA/MPs/Minister may utilise 90% of fund channelised through them should be utilisied for setting up the Industries in their area to explore the job opportunities even they can use their own finance also . It can be revealed that from Southern and western part that leaders are also Industralist & providing employment to thousands of youths every year by deploying their own fund. Other work like Road, water, electricity, Housing etc been given to respective ministry from the budgetory allocation, every year those department may dessiminate their plan for public information more
