Thanks for noticing the post question is how to proceed A gov't servant serves for a minimum of 20 years sand only then is eligible to claim pension whereas the MP MLA may serve only a single termyet he gets full pension ,unfair is probably a mild way of putting it. Look at the dismal attendance records and the poor contribution to any proceedings ,and yet he deserves life pension. Ian nit sure if family pension is also applicable. Remember they have travel ,accomodation and other luxuries nit available for the Reed gov't servant. Many people un factories and workshops give their lives ,at the end if the day a thankyou note is all they get if they have withdrawn their ppf to build a house . In the fag end when medical bills mount there is no backup medical facility fir them, oaay thru your nose , dig into the life savings , or wait patiently for the end. Afterall they are elected representatives and should be kept free from corruption . This is India.
