UP Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules
Can newly formed UP government implement the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 (RERA) without diluting its provisions? Rules notified by UP government few months back dilute significantly the provisions of RERA which allow the builders to continue with cheating, harassment and exploitation of the buyers. Can the new government realize the urgency of the need to implement RERA in its original form at the earliest to rein in unscrupulous builders who are playing with hard earned money of the common buyers in unbridled manner? We can only hope the best. more

Well Executives of so called Land Reformed Act are Cheats especially being Yes men of their bosses , who are interested for their career . LDA authorities are example where they knowing well have changes Wrong into Right cum Right into wrong due being Group-ism of brother hood of Bureaucratic system where in Group Housing based on G + 3 Floors have been permitted to Install Lifts om Service lanes , Service Pipe lines , Greens , Set back , Water supply Lines etc contrary to laid down norms based on Laid down Terms & conditions in terms of Sale Deed & Affidavits taken from Dwelling owner of Residents. One important aspect that must be followed through out the country, without exception, is that the Sale/ Purchase Deeds must be standardised. Different Builders or Developers cannot then use their own drafted Deeds, where they usually cheat people. There should be identical clauses in every Sale/ Purchase deed, without fail. This will eliminate the mediation of so-called Lawyers, who make money from this without really doing any thing or having any accountability. There should be no need fo middlemen, so called Agents, who make teir percentages, without really doing anything and having absolutely no accountability. Becoming ans Agent or a so-called Lawyer at the office of the Registrar has become a BUSINESS, without accountability. more

Friends, it's wonderful response-fast and effective. We expect more and more home buyers to come forward and post their concerns and grievances against the atrocities of unscrupulous builders inflicted on common home buyers. We, home buyers, have invested our hard earned money and have been waiting for years and years to get the possession of our flats. But, the possession is still not forthcoming as these builders continue to cheat, harass and exploit us freely without any sense of responsibility or accountability. I am sure our messages will be heard by the new government and it will implement RERA without diluting any provision of the central RERA Act. more
