Who can do business as an unregistered dealer under GST.
Thanks - Sailesh more

Is an unregistered dealer required to inform the tax authority about his business ? If yes, to whom? Is he required to get any establishment license etc? What is required to start a proprietorship business? more
There is no need to inform any tax authority if your turnover from business or service is less than the thresh hold limit for getting registration under GST. As far as establishment license or any other license is concerned it depends upon the nature of your business or service you are providing. No additional formality is required to start proprietorship business as the PAN of proprietor will be used in proprietorship business. Only current account will be opened in a bank for doing business. Rest you may contact me through my mail id adv.sanjeevgoel@gmail.com or through cell at 9899390850 more
