India needs Uniform , same Law for all Citizens . Peoples , Centre & state Government needs to do something for this . more

Since 1991, the Congress Governments ignored the directions of Supreme Court to them to implement the article 44 to address Uniformity and Equality of Law in India under the Uniform Civil Code . Even in last quarter of 2015 , The Supreme Court again opined on the need of enforcing the Uniform Civil Code and the Governments still thinking whether to step ahead or be silent like the Congress . The present situation in India , since 2015 , as stated by many Opposition Political Parties do necessiate the implementation of Uniform Civil Code and , removal of Casticism in public administration . Even the present situation and the demands of Political Parties , Associations , Unions , Societies etc., in the campus of HYDERABAD CENTRAL UNIVERSITY reflecting on the unrest prevailed in the University also specify that the Uniform Civil Code is a must for eliminating the ill-full application of Caste-ism and , the Religious Super-session . more
