Unattended complaint

I had recharged my account with Rs 3375/- on 25 Nov 18 on receipt of call from customer care of Hathaway broadband stating the offer of 6+1month offer validity. After recharge when I called customer care on 27 Nov 18 to check for validity I was told it will be updated within a month also they suggested me to write a mail to their billing team for which I have not received any reply since 29 Nov 18. Everytime I call the customer care they register a complaint but it has never been resolved nor has the billing team bothered to reply the mail .I was promised for 7 month validity but have received only 6 months validity attached herewith is the screenshot of mail that was sent to the billing department on 29 Nov 18 more

I am also using Hathway but paying monthly basis. more  
Hathway has been taken over by Reliance Jio. Please address your complaints to Jio and they will know how to "kick" Hathway into Life..!!.. more  
Kindly Raise this complain to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of india (TRAI) . TRAI is quite active in taking up the complains with the service provider . You may complain under QoS ( Quality of Service ) or Standards of Quality which is leading harassment and misguiding subscribers . Hope it works . https://main.trai.gov.in more  
Typical reaction of Hathway. I am not surprised you got this treatment because they are like this. Worst way of dealing with people. Please avoid and also do not recommend hathway to your friends. more
