Unable withdraw or transfer my PF amount

I have applied for withdraw my pf amount from my 3rd employer to 2nd employer , But I have requested to transfer through online itself before 31st August as new rule going to be implement . But from past 4 months there is no progress as I could see it online, So can you please suggest how can I withdraw my amount ? Below are my pf account details.

As per online status it is showing this only even I tried to check with my last employer as per them EPFO office need to send the amount to them.

Can anybody please let me know if I withdraw the PF amount at that time I have to submit one written documents for that I'm not doing any job currently , But as I am working will it create any problem if yes how can I avoid this problem to withdraw the full amount ? Need urgent suggestion. more  
Dear Friends, I need all your kind help after repeated follow up with my 3rd employer now they moved the amount to my 2nd employer . Now 2nd employer saying this "Please be informed that, to withdraw your Provident Fund Account you have to fill in hard copies of PF settlement application, and FORM10C along with the cancelled signed cheque,UAN copy,id proofs and submit it to the concern HR /Payroll Department. On the receipt of the Provident Fund Settlement application we will process it further, and will do the needful. You should be unemployed for two months only then you can go ahead for PF withdrawal else you can only transfer the PF amount to new employer." So here I am confuse that if anybody is not unemployed for two months then he won't eligible for withdraw his amount ? Also want to know is there any way to avoid these kind of difficulties . Please suggest me I need the PF amount which is very urgent for me. Please advice more  
But Can you please someone let me know If I'm continuing to serve for other MNC , If I plan to withdraw the amount can I withdraw it or not ? And one more thing do I need to submit that form on which I have to sign that I am not going to employed in coming two months ? If yes then can I withdraw that amount as I'm currently working ? Also what about that new rule ? will we be able to withdraw our full amount or not ? more  
Thanks everybody for your information but my concern is here that I need to withdraw the amount but I'm not sure about whether I can withdraw full amount or not . But I want to know when the amount will reflected in my current account as already it's 4 months past. Can you please suggest with whom I need to follow up. more  
Your application for transferring the PF Amount from previous employer to the current employer is approved and the claim is under transit between two PF Offices.after the amount reflected in your current account, you may submit the form 19 & 10D accordingly for withdrawal. more
