Dear Jitendra and Rajesh - Kindly Rahul asked some suggestion how to get PF after the demise of his father. I you know the procedure please advise how how to go about it but don't give such useless suggestions. Dear Rahul, since your father expired, your mother becomes the beneficiary or nominee to receive the benefits under the PF & MP Act 1952, The member can only have the UAN, since your mother is the beneficiary due to demise of your father, the details pertaining to your father are only to be submitted. Kindly ensure to submit all relevant forms to the EPFO through the emloyer where your father served last. more
You should withdraw PF amount. The sooner you do better it is. This department will make life miserable for you. For withdrawing PF UAN is not compulsory. For Pension you should ask your father's employer to do needful. Similarly they are suppose to help you in withdrawing PF. J.N.Thakkar more
Submit all papers to the pf office and also submit a grievance through the grievance portal of the EPF website and wait for the response. Also send one copy to the ministry of labor and employment (labor commissioner / Minister) in your state. If still the problem persists, please write to the PM in his personal website and send one copy to his address in New Delhi. more
Beneficiary's UAN is not compulsory. It is sufficient to give details of PAN, Bank account details, death certificate etc with claim form. You can submit physically to the concerned PF office more
Regarding web access, currently pf department is updating the web portal/details. So please wait, but keep checking once a day. It will be functional and come back for sure. more
