I purchased the TV on 24-12-2017, After a month some board problem occurred. Because of that we are unable to watch the TV. I am keep on giving the complaint about that from 8 months, but nothing has happened till now. Customer care people don't know anything. Simply they will lodge a complaint, whenever I call, If I ask the status they will tell " PARSE PENDING ". If I ask them to transfer the call their higher executive, they will put the call on hold, If I wait for 2-3 hours also no response. And if I ask something more with them, they will disconnect the call. Till now they have given 8 to 10 phone numbers and all are switched off. Even email Id's are not working. If I raise the complaint through their website, they will tell - we will respond within 48 hours. But till now no response. SINCE ONE MONTH CALL IS NOT CONNECTING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE. Tired off with everything, Even no one is there to query,solve the issue. 2 times they sent a mail by asking documents of TV & bank details asking they are refunding the money.
Being unwell, I have not gone through the other messages more so because Mr. Jayawant has already offered help. I would however like to give some simple suggestions which work. 1. Keep a proper documentary record including the invoices, date of installation and by whom the period of guarantee, preferably as a soft copy also which is easier to refer to and send when required. 2. Give the details of the product while making a complaint. These days registered mobile number is used by all big companies to locate all the details. 3. Make a complaint and the complaint registration number will be received within 10 minutes on the mobile with a time frame to attend it. 4. If this message is not received write to customer care by email 5. Keep the original invoice / guarantee paper ready as the technician is required to see these. 6. If the complaint is not resolved quickly, follow up strongly. It will work. Please keep in mind that after installation, the responsibility lies with the manufacturer and not the dealer. So do not blame him. Last October, I purchased a split AC with heat pump commonly called hot and cold. When winter set in, it could not be switched to heat mode. It was found there was a mismatch between the inner and outdoor units and both were replaced with new units. Everything done on email. Just an example how things can work out. I hope these tips would be useful to the members. more
From the way raised the issue, i.e. by hiding basic information such as the Seller/brand names, name of dealer or Shop from where purchased,etc , it is felt that you are indirectly helping the TV Manufacturer by avoiding adverse publicity about their unsatisfactory & poor customer service after after-sale ! One fails to understand as to why you are not disclosing above details inspite of repeatedly seeking the same previously by different members ? Is there anything to hide? more
This is the state of affairs with many companies, I feel it would be a worthy thing to file a case in consumer forum with all the details, and once the notice goes to the company they will wake up and come to your doors. You have to make a strong case with all the details and your correspondence which they have not attended. more
