TRANSITION TO ELECTRIC VEHICLES

It is a conservative estimate, without taking in to account job loss in unorganised auto dependent sectors. The best solution is to bring GST at 5% to B2B transactions and reduce lending interest rate for auto buyers. Also Government should ensure transition to Electric Vehicles should be smooth and NON DISRUPTIVE. IMMEADIATE GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION IS NEEDED TO AVOID IMPENDING RECESSION. more

Here are couple of suggestions: 1) Stop providing petrol/diesel expenses to Government employees 2) If person is having 4 wheeler (non-electric) then benefit should not be provided under Income Tax heading (VEHICLE REIMBURSEMENT) more
Good suggestion for auto sector. more
Let us wait and watch. The finance Ministry and Niti Ayog should have issued some guidelines and prevention so for. We all do when damages are done. Sathya meva Jayathe more
Let us wait and watch as in India 25 lakhs is not affordable for crores so till it comes below 10 lakh price tag we need not worry may be export business for manufactures as for 1 lakh US dollar three cars can be purchased . in india people are buying cars 2nd and 3rd hand for 50 thousand to 1 lakh and ready to push and start also hence the loosing job or mechanics loosing business does not happen in the next one decade. may be these will move down to villages and these 2nd and 3rd or 10th hand will become more cheaper and a farmer will also have a car of his affordability may be local car manufactures will start manufacturing engines and spare to remodel the old ones. more
VERY TRUE.NEEDS VERY CAREFUL ACTION more
