Transfer of PF from past org. to new org.
Wish to know the timeline taken for Transfer of PF from one organisation having PF office in different City to new organisation. Moreover why all transfer related information could not be shared with Subscriber on UAN number as new organisation takes more than three months sometimes 6 months to reflect transfer in their PF ( Trust) account along with subscriber account. I got my transfer initiated in month of December 2016 but still waiting for my consolidated account in my UAN number account despite of the fact that EPF dept has completed the transfer , send me confirmation, past employer send the conformation of completing the process at his end. But still waiting this transfer to reflect in my UAN account. more

So please wait till June 2017. Further you may also arrange to get your pension fund contributions also transferred to your new PF account linked with UAN No. In this case also the EPFO issues annexure-K as soon as the pension fund is transferred to your new employer's account. more

If your organisation manages your provident fund through a separate trust the transfer details will reflect immediately in the following month. If the contrbutions are deposited with EPFO, then the same will be reflected in the annual statements issued by EPFO sometime in June of every years. However, they will send a communication to the member as soon as the transfer take place. more

Have you given yor application regarding yr ild PF accont to your new employer i.e. your Pf balance or any PF recept. If not you will have to do it. Yoy will also haveto Submit Form k. more
